What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Fixer Company Wallet (rechargeable via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer), and online payments. Choose the most convenient option for you.
Are there any hidden charges?
No! We believe in transparent pricing. The price you see is the price you pay. All costs are displayed upfront before you book, including any applicable taxes.
What is the Fixer Company Wallet?
Our Wallet is a prepaid digital payment system. You can recharge it using JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, and use the balance to pay for services instantly. It's secure, convenient, and often comes with special discounts.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Which areas do you serve?
We serve all major areas of Karachi including Clifton, Defence (DHA), Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, Malir, Korangi, Saddar, and many more. Enter your address during booking to check availability in your area.
Are your professionals verified?
Absolutely! All professionals on our platform are background-checked and verified. We collect their CNIC, utility bills, and conduct interviews before onboarding. Your safety and security are our top priorities.
Issues & Support
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
We want you to be 100% satisfied! If you're unhappy with any service, contact us within 24 hours. We'll investigate and may offer a re-service, refund, or wallet credit depending on the situation.
What if the professional doesn't show up?
This rarely happens, but if it does, please contact us immediately. We'll either send a replacement professional quickly or process a full refund. You can also track your professional's arrival in real-time through the app.
