We believe in fair partnership. Our commission model is transparent:
- 21% Commission: Fixer Company charges a flat 21% commission on every completed order.
- 79% Your Earnings: You keep the remaining 79% of the service price.
- Commission is automatically deducted from your wallet balance.
Wallet & Advance Payments
Important: You must maintain a positive wallet balance to receive orders.
- Advance Payment: You need to recharge your wallet in advance to accept orders.
- Negative Balance: If your wallet balance goes negative (below 0), you will not receive new orders until you recharge.
- Recharge methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer.
Security Deposit & Documents
To ensure safety and trust, we require verification documents:
- Required Documents: CNIC (Front/Back), Utility Bill, and a Live Selfie.
- Data Usage: Your security documents may be used in our advertisements to build customer trust.
- Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit (if applicable) and documents are refundable only after 6 months of active service AND completing 100 orders.
- If you leave before meeting these criteria, the security deposit/documents will not be returned.
- Be professional and polite with customers.
- Wear your Fixer Company ID card/Uniform during service (if provided).
- Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in penalties.
- Any direct dealing with customers (bypassing the app) will lead to permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.
